This parent suggest the kid “it is wrong thing to do or say” almost every hour. I mean these parents are really bitchy. For example, when he game the Christmas present gift card, the parents said that was the worst present ever. Another example is when he was enjoying the listening to music that he likes at music, the parents said “U should turn on the music that everyone likes.” Last example was when he said about emergency while the person was talking to him, he said “where u listening?”From this cause, the kid doesn’t know what to do and what to say, he gets scared to do and say things. He doesn’t have any freedom, Parents treat this kid like a failure, but what made this kid failure is parent. Their parents always talk about negative things about this kid, where the kid can hear. I feel so sorry for this kid. Do u think these parents are bad?

There are worse parents. These people are sad, and they don't know how to parent, but there are people who are a lot worse. Ask any kid who gets beaten by their parents. Some parents even kill their kids: you can find news stories about it every day. A kid can overcome things like this - he might need therapy though. Have the kid talk to a school counselor if the school has one, or plan on getting therapy when he's old enough to afford it.

I suspect these parents are negative, depressing people in general. If you are a caring adult in this childs life, I suggest giving the kid some positive reinforcement. Even if you are just a friend or relative of the kid, try to work on complementing him. Also if you are the kid, look for other teachers or mentor, who are good influences. Alot of people arent like these parents.

Sounds like my parents, but a little worst. They just want their child to make the right choices, but are going the wrong way about it. Yes that kid is going to be afraid to do or say anything and then is going to be ridiculed worst for not having a backbone.

Your english needs some work... but from what I could understand, the parents are the nicest I've seen, but not the worst.
