There are demons that have sexual relations with people who are sleeping. Some people report being paralyzed and seeing an ugly woman on top of them in the middle of the night. Interesting subject. For more variety, they were also frequently reported as changing from male to female: incuba and succuba.
Monks and hermits were frequently visited by these fine specimen. They could be very convenient in case somebody was accused of breaking a rule by having sex.
Though I am greatly in favour of progress, sometimes I think it is a pity we have to leave this folklore behind. What can be nicer than having a fine breakfast in the company of a few fresh succubae viz. incubae?

I don't know if it is possible for them to impregnate a woman, but they definitely exist--more the succubi than the incubi. Christians are right to worry about them. They collect Christian penises. They are not actually usually ugly, they are totally hot, that is how they trick the nice Christian mens. But sometime their powers wane while they are stealing the penis, and they do reveal themselves as actually horrific looking demon women. But if you see when in the club, they look totally smoking, like the kind of really fly chicks with the thongs showing unders their pants and stuff.

Having been a satanist at one time, "yes" demons do exist that "attack" in a person's weakest moment, one of which is during sleep. The DEVIL'S favorite form is that of a beautiful woman to entice men into his snare, just as he choses that of a handsome man to capture the souls of women. Intercourse being the weakness of most of mankind, it is the devils best vice to use on those he wishes to possess and IS no laughing matter, because once he has "tempted" you and succeeded, your HIS and getting rid of him won't be easy.
As for your question of impregnation, this can only happen in possession as the devil or demon is "spirit." What you have heard is the superstitious beliefs held within certain pagan religons like Voo-doo or Santaria. Pay no mind to them as they rely on the uses of Alcohol or drugs to gain the confidence of their victums.

no God is in control of everything. You might as well say God called on a demon to give life. And the demons have no sex parts, they are demons of the mind, and deceive people against God, not need to mate, but they could deceive you to mate like a demon.
