how do i uplode my photos to my computer with casio camera with my windows 98?

You may be able to find a Win 98 driver for your camera at the Casio website. Install the driver and your computer will consider the camera to be a removable drive. If that works, you can go to My Computer, locate the drive (camera - probably drive E:) and transfer the picture files from the camera to the computer.

Win 98 is getting mighty old. It isn't even supported by Microsoft any longer. Keep that in mind if you continue to have issues. You're introducing a new device to an old computer.
