He is my favorite photographer.
I have poster sized prints of his B&W work from 1998.

Jesus, that's quite morbid. He looks like such a normal guy...

I liked some of his stuff in color, and I especially like the process he uses to make the final images. A true darkroom artist is a rare breed.

Thanks for showcasing his work, it's always nice to see what others are doing.

Damn, I wanted to look at it, but for some reason the link did not work. Sorry. I'll look up Curtis Salonick, though. From the other posts, his work seems interesting.

Normally I like gothic type stuff but that's a little too on the "mulholland drive" weird side for me.

I love black and white photography, but I don't really care for this stuff. I really like Alfred Stieglitz, and Ansel Adams, stuff along those lines.

That's the wonderful thing about any art though, it's subjective to whomever is looking at it.

Not that I don't like the photography, but the abstract nature of the art is not to my liking.

UIt definitely looks like it takes osme skill to create these, and I sure couldn't do it, but they make no sense to me. Much like Jackson pollock. People think he's great, I just don't get it.

Opps....oh noooo....much too 'brutal'...the only enjoyment comes from looking away!...If I gotta see art or photography or anything, it MUST be apealing or it is merely a reflection of a sickness better lived without!
