The style looks like that of Gustav Klimt, but I don't think it is. It's a picture of a very pale girl with long stringy red hair lying on a quilt or something made of colorful little circles. It's very feminine and pretty with lots of curvy lines.

It must be Egon Schiele's "Sitzende Frau" (Sitting woman). He was an Austrian painter famous for his nude portraits.
