why would someone just want to be Queen, but a lot of girls are like that, they just want the title and money, because they only care about themselves.

It means that she has watched too many fairy tale movies and read too many fairy tale books growing up, and she wants over-the-top romance, wants to be treated like her garbage doesn't stink, and feels that everyone should wait upon her and serve her.
Or- you could ask her!!!
