You have to take flying lessons first. I know in America you go to either a private flying school or join the service (Navy or Air force) and have them teach you.
Once you have your pilot license, you have to get an instrument rating (more school) and then a commercial rating (more school). After all that, you have to accumulate flying time, before a commercial passenger service will hire you. It differs, but usually you need between 2000 and 2500 hours of flying before they hire you.
Check what the regulations are in Singapore. Also, call Singapore airlines and ask for information.

Spend money, take lessons, solo, spend more money to practice, take more lessons, if you want to be paid to fly, spend more money, get rated in multi-engine craft, spend a lot more money practicing in larger aircraft, look for jobs.
Start at your local airport with flying lessons.
