you could have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). i've got this. is your stool normal? not lose or diarrhea? if it's normal BM, Cramping in your stomach is the number one sign of IBS. Women get it more often than men do. I'd suggest you go to the doctor, thats not normal to have a BM every time your done eating. God Bless, and Take Care.

If your BMs are normally formed, it may well be a normal phenomenon called the gastro-colic reflex. This is the tendency to have a BM after eating such as you describe. While the phenomenon may be accompanied by mild discomfort, pain is not a usual feature.

On the other hand, if you have explosive diarrheal stools often accompanied by a lot of gas, you might have lactose intolerance or other food sensitivity.

If this is happening after every meal or everytime you eat there is a problem. I would suggesst you go talk to your Dr. Are you having other symtoms? Are you in pain? Are you losing wgt? Keep a diary of when this is happening and how often.

It is perfectly normal to have a bowel movement after you eat, unless you feel like you are constipated when you go. If you do then I would recommend doing a detox to clean yourself out.

Don't be scared. But it could be a sign you have some gall bladder stuff going on or something.
