I have never given more than 3 ml in one shot for an adults and 2 ml for children.

The answer is TEN (10) nililiters, in some special cases, (the biggest syringes in the market you can find, are ten mililiter ones). such as diluting antibiotics of 1 gram presentation.
Distending the tissues beyond that, results in more harm than good.....

normal is 3 to 5ml 1o ml can be given but risky and better given in two dived dose
