On the bottom, there should be the size on them. If not, buy new measuring cups that DO have numbers on the bottom. It would say 2/3, or you could use to 1/3 cups.

Look for the third/cup markings on the one cup measuring cup. Or just guesstimate it - 2/3 cup is more than 1/2 cup, but less than 3/4. So if you get about half-way between those marks, you'll be close enough for government work.
Besides, what's the worst that can happen? Runny cheese? Yeah, that'll put a kink in your day.

go and buy at least one measuring cup for future use.
1 cup is 8 oz or approx 230 ml.
so 2/3 of a cup is approx 5 oz or 147 ml
doesn't your Easy Mac say to fill it to a certain line?

If you use a standard liquid measuring cup it'll be accurate. The plastic cups with the handles that are different sizes are measuring cups for dry measure (flour, sugar).

pick a mid sized one and fill it 2/3 full. It won't matter that much.
