Its a bit racist but then again its a joke and could be said in Texas or California Why Jesus was not born in any state ,, So Its not the best of jokes , but still it is funny ,, so who really cares where, But I think you can find more virgins in Mexico then in Calif,

It's funny
People get overly offended by racist jokes it's rediculous. I respect people like Dave Chappelle and I laugh at their racist jokes. Then someone like Don Imus calls some girls nappy headed hoes and loses his job...I really didn't see why it was such a big deal. People need to learn to accept things like that it's not like Imus is a bad person people are just ignorant...

Since Mexico has a diverse racial population ( as most nations do now days ) one can't say "racist" without naming a particular race, so of your 2 possible answers you listed. only "funny" remains.

funny....heres another..why arent there any mexicans in the olympics? cause all the ones that can run jump and swim are already over here....is it racist?probably...but jeez lighten up its a joke...when i was in the army one of my best buds was black and he loved hearing black jokes...just like i did white jokes...(do we all really smell like bologna?)...he was smart enough to nkow it was stereotypical...but appreciated the humor of the joke for what it was...humor...lighten up world
