They are like ambigrams, but instead they are actual images of a two different things. Here is an example of what i'm talking about in this websites

The first one is just more of a picture within a picture. The second one is called a "figure-ground" illusion. The third one could be a variant of that, but it's really just a focus issue I think.

They are generally called optical illusions...but I think more specifically "ambiguous images". Also, reversal images, puzzle images and perceptual rivalry.
