He just isn't the same any more. Like I don't matter to him anymore. Although he says I do. Do I leave him? How? He starts crying etc...

I'm a Buddhist and don't care for Christmas but I understand why the majority of people here, in the West, do.
Sounds like you're dating a jerk who is waiting to let go of you but is being a seflish jerk about it.
Dump him and explain why - you haven't felt he has changed and so you're changing.

People don't change unless they want to. Just from your little tidbit, he sounds like the type of person that is taking you for granted because he can tear up and you're there for him. If he really cared about you, he would have made an effort to at least call you or write or text. There's no excuse really for forgetting...only if there were something life altering then maybe.

You should leave him if that's how you feel about him. Sometimes relationships don't work out and that's okay. Trust your first instinct. If you're not happy with him, then it might be best for the both of you if you two just took a break from each other for awhile. Give each other some space and then see how you feel later on.

He perhaps doesnt see what great of a person you are and what he has. He obviously takes you fro granted. I think that you should have a heart to heart and tell him how you feel and how it seems like you dont matter to him anymore. Its hard to leave somoene whom you are attached to but you should never for go your happyness and be in a relationship where you are not getting all that you need and deserve.

WOAH. My boyfriend has been acting slightly weird lately as well. He also didn't call me on Christmas. But I am the kind of girl who can't be mean, and who can't freak out (to him) about stuff he does that is insignificant. I decided to call him instead, and he seemed really happy to have heard from me.
I try to think of it in a positive way. We, as girls, usually think that the guy has to make all the moves. But what if he was thinking, woah, it would be awesome if my girlfriend called me on Christmas.

You might just be placing too much importance on his calling/not calling you. If you really need someone to call you exactly ON each major holiday, then maybe he's not the one for you.
If the relationship is what matters most to you, maybe you need to talk a little more about when you expect him to call. Guys aren't exactly the brightest bulbs on the tree sometimes . . .

Yeah leave him if he can`t or won`t explain the reasons for actions then why allow yourself to keep being hurt. I have known men to cry at the drop of a hat just to suit their needs. Not that all men are like that.

well first is it just that he didnt call you for xmas or is it alot and give him a chance you dont always no what he is going through right now he might be having a hard time and just doesnt want to talk about because he will be embarrased so dont ask him the things like that unless u are really really close or u know why

If your a teenager figure he was with his own family and didn't have any time to call you. But if your an adult and this is going on its a big hint.
Just don't call he obviously has a problem breaking up, that crying is really bizarre ... just avoid him.

Maybe he was busy with family? Couldn't get to a phone. If you know he would cry if you broke up with him then he probably cares about you a lot. Try to figure out why he didn't call you.
