Don't drink Green tea.. loaded with Sugar. And don't drink unsweetened tea.. thats just gross. I'm taking phenteramine and I told the woman I drink alot of Gatorade.. b.c I hate water. She told me that was one of the worst I could drink because it's loaded with sugar and salts. Powerade and propel is the same. She said what I could drink in place of water is those Aquifina flavors or anything thats has 0% all the way down the nutritional facts. You can also use the Crystal Light Singles for bottled water. They have a varity of flavors. If you don't. And bottled water could be costly so buy 4 or 5 bottles of water... and recycle them. And refering to a comment above mine.. don't drink Fruit Juice (loaded with Sugar) and I wouldnt recommend drinking milk all day (easy way to get sick)

Tea rocks. If it only tastes like colored water, you're probably not steeping it long enough. Get the water nice and hot, and then let the tea bag steep for at least five minutes (I just leave the bag in and don't take it out until I finish the cup).

I have found some good green teas, as well as other kinds. I love mint teas, Earl Grey, and a vanilla caramel kind. Trying all the different flavors is awesome. Sometimes getting into tea just takes some trying new things, and buying variety boxes.

They sell green tea bags. You can bottle your own green tea without any sugar or aspartame. Milk is also excellent for you. You should be drinking that along with water. V8 is also good for you, although somewhat high in sodium, it has 3 servings of vegetables. I'm pretty sure they have a low-sodium type out there of V8 as well.

Too much tea or coffee can have an adverse effect on your health.

However Aspartic acid (aspartame) does always. It is part of the glutamate molecule which leads to over-activity of the brain.
Aspartic acid is found in sugar free products.

I suggest you drink fruit jiuce, a little milk but not too much.
Aviod fizzy drinks and also squash.

First of all congrats on the weight loss! Secondly, Tea is not bad for you and can actually help fight colds and help you feel full. I like English Black Tea (Try Tetley's British Blend" or PG Tips, you can get both a Meijer's/Wal-mart). Try it with a little milk, honey, or sugar....that will help the taste and the little bit of sweetener or milk you add shouldn't really add up to affect your diet any. Good Luck and Enjoy!

I like crystal light raspberry tea. It has just a couple of calories and tastes great. Congratulations on losing 60 pounds. That was not easy.

TEA IS ABSOLUTELY GOOD FOR YOU! It has antioxidants which are cancer fighting. However, don't drink it with sugar or aspartame (causes cancer). If you drink it with sugar, the caffeine in tea will go right to your thighs =(. Sugar + Caffeine = bad. I suggest brewed tea bags or leaves without any cream or sugar.
