We are loving and kind people, not boring as some may think. We have just as much fun as anyone else as long as it doesn't interfere with Jehovah's laws. We go bowling, have parties,go on vacations, picnics, etc, etc. But our fun is balanced and Jehovah is always involved in what we do, meaning we keep his laws involved in our plans. Psalms 111:97 How I do love your law! All day long it is my concern.
We knock on doors for the same reason Jesus did, for love of neighbor, it's just that simple.

I have been having conversations with a Witness lady. I am not sure what I think. I have some problems with what they believe. I am not sure it is supported by the Bible

I have a problem that my Witness friend will not come over and have a study while my pastor is there.

Time will tell.

I do see some curious behavior from those who claim to be Witnesses here, am not sure they are what they claim to be.

Time will tell.

True to the Command " Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And, look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”—Matt. 28:18-20.
Jehovah's Witnesses are doing Just that.

Commanded to Preach:
Matthew 24:14 14 And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.

Jesus disciples: Acts 5:42; And every day in the temple and from house to house they continued without letup teaching and declaring the good news about the Christ, Jesus.

Jesus talking: Acts 20:20; while I did not hold back from telling YOU any of the things that were profitable nor from teaching YOU publicly and from house to house.
Preaching from house to house is the most effective way to reach people.

We are ordered to preach: Acts 10:42; Also, he ordered us to preach to the people and to give a thorough witness that this is the One decreed by God to be judge of the living and the dead

They are doing what the Bible says to do or not do according to their interpretation and beliefs
They are respectful.
And they knock on your doors even after you tell them no thank you for a couple reasons
1 You may have moved and new people might live there
2 You or someone in your house may have changed their mind

Wonderful!
WE are the only organised group properly obeying this scripture:
(MATTHEW 28:19-20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded YOU. And, look! I am with YOU all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”

It is not left up to JUST the religious leaders. In fact, most J.W's do not know the names of the brothers who write the Watchtower and Awake! articles. But have every opportunity to check the validity because we all have access to the same Bible. And not only that, but are at liberty to check any claims against ANY other Bible translation.
We are NOT hide-bound by TRADITIONAL TEACHINGS.
And we obey Jesus in making his Father's NAME...MANIFEST. IT IS NOT HIDDEN OR REPLACED WITH HIS TITLE.

(EXODUS 6:3) And I used to appear to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as God Almighty, but as respects my name Jehovah I did not make myself known to them.

(JOHN 17:6) “I have made your name manifest to the men you gave me out of the world. They were yours, and you gave them to me, and they have observed your word.

And this is another scripture which clearly separates Jesus from his Father in heaven.

Jehovah God gave Jesus these men, the apostles.
