A neighbor already has had theirs chained outside all day. The weather outside is frightful...the fire is so delightful...since it has no place to go... I may have to let it go ...let it go...let it go!
Looks like the little guy already wore out his welcome.

A person in my position could f*** up their new year for leaving that puppy chained outside! If they only knew who I am...

That really sucks!! Don't people pay attention to the ads (puppy is for life, not just for Christmas). Can you report them to the ASPCA?

Nope! Santa sent me a letter in October and said that there was a good breeder who would be breeding at Christmas time and that I could get on a list to get my puppy in April or May when all the hustle and bustle of the holiday season was long gone.
I say let that puppy go... horrible neighbors. So sorry you have to live near them :(

I hate people that give pets as gifts.
its cruel. Not only will the animal be confused by all the different things going on, nobody has time to spend on a puppy the day of christmas, and the days following.
plus, if given to a child the puppy is probably going to sit around all day lonely because the child has other "cool toys" to play with.
DO NOT BUY PETS FOR CHRISTMAS PEOPLE IT IS NOT CUTE!!

Awe that is sad. A chained dog and an unwelcome puppy.
Look, if you open up your heart you'll find that puppy will grow into a real friend. One that will always be loyal to you. Protect, and defend you.
Otherwise, just bring it to the animal shelter where hopefully he will find a soul worth of him/her. Do not chain it, man.

No he didn't. That's really sad that those people have that poor dog chained outside. That's just one of the reasons why people should not give dogs as Christmas presents!

No he didn't leave a puppy under my tree, but I'd have been happy if he had.
I can tell you. if I had received a puppy this year, she would be playing with my kitten and making happy puppy noises - NOT chained up outside.
