You sound really stressed - which is completely understandable - hospitality is one of most stressful occupations!
You could try some relaxation techniques, like meditation, massage, burning relaxing oils like lavender in an oil burner...
Also, getting up in the morning with a good attitude will help dramatically... if you wake up and think "ugh, I'm not looking forward to work today, I don't want to go" etc, you'll find you're so much more likely to have a bad day.
Going on a holiday would be nice, but the same problems are still going to be there when you get back. This needs to be a change in your attitude and also helping to reduce the stress - not just this one time, but forever.
Adapting a new attitude is hard work, but it will pay off.
If in a few months time you're still feeling this way, maybe looking into a new career or a less stressful work place could do you a lot of good. Stress is not good for your health.
Feel free to email me.
Also, I don't know if you do or not (and I'm not saying you do), but it's a well known fact that a large majority of hospitality workers smoke marijuana to try to relax. If that's the case, I suggest you quit it, because in actual fact it makes you more stressed out... but that 's a whole other issue, so again, feel free to email me.

You will lose customers if you don't control your attitude and mood swings. I truly believe that if a manager is not nice to you--stop buying there food and drink. Why make them rich with your hard earned money.
Your home should be your healing temple. You need alot of sleep and rest to have the patience to deal with your daily job.
My father always said that if you tired of a job, it is time to move on. Be optimistic! Find another job you will like, so you can quit this one that's dragging you under. If you do get hired somewhere else, give your old job your "2 weeks notice" and ask for a letter of reference.

Take a vacation. I know exactly what you are going through.
If thinking about the place while on vacation...then CLOSE it for 1 week if you can afford to do so. Patrons will understand.
We all need to rest from time to time.

Reinvent yourself and your restaurant. Heck, call in Chef Ramsay! Your work is tough as it is without getting down on yourself, and the holidays don't help. Try a change there and see if it doesn't give you more "umph" to push on.

You should look for a different career. Find something you absolutely love to do and then find a way to make money at it. Life is too short to be stuck doing something you obviously hate.

You're burning out. Take a break, before it starts showing up when you deal with customers.

Try to contact the producers of "Kitchen Nightmares"
You never know, maybe they will do an episode.
