Directly rub potato slices all over the face and wash after 30 minutes , if done regularly helps to get rid of blemishes and pimple scar. The most basic form of pimple prevention is hygiene and preventive skin care. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/

ok, first never pop, or pick a pimple, if its like a white head or whatever, ya know, real nasty, use q-tips to pop it, and an astringent after, but its always best not to pick,.....also depending on what the blemishes may be from (age, diet, stress, etc) finding that out can help,
drink lots of water,
gently ex foliate, with a nice facial scrub ( i like to use sugar mixed with aloevera gel, or brown sugar for a more gentle scrub)
moisturize with a sensitive skin one
and also, i find that if you can NOT towel dry your face, and let the water "soak in" instead it really helps and gives some glow

Check it out with your dermatologist. And don't let the blemishes make you miserable. I have the same thing and I used to be so depressed about it. But it'll go away, believe me. And next time, don't pick your pimples!!!

Your facial pores are very susceptible to infection when the skin is invaded. Mild soap and water two or three times a day or as needed is as much intrusion as should be used. A dermatologist can determine if acne is present and prescribe a healant if necessary and advice on further care. Do not wait, as further 'home remedy' may initiate irremedial damage. Good luck.

put on some coverup, and go out and just forget about them. Even if you think that people are looking at them i can guarentee that they probably aren't, and even if they are who cares, they'll go away, and you'll still be there. anyone who really cares about you, or likes you, likes you for you as a person, not for your skin. Honestly just try not to let it bother you, because practically everyone gets them. If you're confident that will shine right through your skin. SOOO no worries. Cheers!!!

Try aloe vera gel ; get the 100% pure gel. It is clear not green !
Rub it on twice per day; especially after a bath.
Don't pick at pimples.
