My cousin has a huge problem. He always loves to shout penis in public places. Restaraunts, movies theatres, and everywhere else! No, he's not retarded and doesn't have any autism of any kind. What should I do?

It's perfectly fine to slap him. So slap him and tell him to stop shouting homoerotic slurs in public places. If someone shouted penis in a movie theatre, no one would laugh at it.

if he's a little kid, explain to him that penis is a BAD word and if he ever says it again in public he can't play with one of his favorite toys (ie gameboy, computer, xbox) for the rest of the day or for the next day (depending on what time it is)
if he's like, older, tell him he's being an immature ****** and he needs to shut the **** up before you ditch him and hang out with someone cooler.

b) people will think he's gay
c) people will throw things at him
