no, because when Mary was born, God had her in his mind and gave her birth without original sin and she lived perfectly her entire life because God knew she was to be the mother of His Son.

Sin is part of human nature. In the early days of Christianity there was a huge argument among groups of early Christians as to whether Jesus was a man, a god, or both. 'Both' finally won out. But a lot of early Christians believed that Jesus was God 'masquerading' as a man. This called docetism, and was considered a heresy by the Christians who ended up deciding this question.
If Jesus was a man, then he was sinful because it's impossible for a man not to be sinful. We don't 'inherit' it directly from our parents, and more than we inherit ten fingers and ten toes, or our ability to breathe a 20% oxygen atmosphere. It is human nature!
A few years ago Christians got all upset about a movie called The Last Temptation of Christ. This movie showed Jesus having sexual thoughts. Not sex, mind you, just sexual THOUGHTS! Fantasies! I remember thinking at the time that if Jesus never had sexual fantasies then he could not have been human.

By one man sin entered into the world.
The sin nature is not passed on by the mother but by the father.
Therefore, Mary only provided the egg which provided the human side of Jesus which was not fertilized by Joseph who would have passed on the sin nature.
The Holy Spirit overshadowed the virgin Mary and caused the birth of Christ without fertilization by the father.
Nothing is impossible with God.

I believe that Jesus had the Spirit of God, just as we do. He was human and had human traits, which included temptation. I believe that we humans are exactly the same. We may have been handed a sin nature from the first parents, Adam and Eve, but OUR God nature gives us the power of choice. We choose whether or not to act upon temptations, just as Jesus had choice. Jesus was not superhuman when He was alive. We are just like He was.

Sin is not passed on by the mother;
Exo 34:7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
Also there is no exchange of blood through the placenta, the blood of Jesus was pure & not inherited from sinful man.
Lev 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
The blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all sin, came from a Holy God--------------------Fear Him----------------------

Because his FATHER was perfect that trumped Mary's sinful nature, for lack of a better phrase.
