i sort of have this plan:

BREAKFEST: weight control oatmeal.

LUNCH: an apple and a sandwhich.
sandwhich is a tuna sandwhich kinda, idk what to call it except instead of tuna its chicken breast with miracle whip mayo and 2 cucumber slices.also glass of water.

dinner: salad with tomatoes && cucumber with LIGHT ranch, with glass of water

excercise: tae bo and 130 situps.

if i have time i will run AND walk 1-2 miles.

if i do that for 4 weeks, will i lose 8 pounds?

lots of water!!

And your dinner protein is what? Are you having some garbanzo beans on the salad? I'd lose a lot more than 8 pounds in four weeks if I ate that regimen every day.... Of course the amount of weight you'll lose depends on what your starting weight is and what your metabolism is like.... but on an average people should lose 1 to 2 pounds a week on a realistic diet..... Try Weight Watchers or another plan that offers menus... or find a friend who's been on a diet that works and look at their meal plans... You can even find fat free ranch and fat free mayo both with almost zero calories.. and you could afford to put a few raisins or a few nuts in your oatmeal....and even 1/2 c of skim milk or fat free soy milk on the oatmeal both of which would give you some morning protein w/o too many calories...... Have you asked your doctor? That would seem to be a good place to start?

ok that diet doenst sound healthy. if you are doing 130 situps you need more protein. instead of salad for dinner, eat a steak. Marinate it for a day or two in onions, lemon juice, mustard, a lot of garlic, a lot of black pepper and salt. Doing this you will get a very juicy steak and wont need any sauce with it. eat that with a bunch of broccoli and mixed greens. Very filling meal and very little fat. get ribeye steaks. and about the breakfast, add an egg or two, fried in butter or hard boiled. Skip the ranch, even if its light, use some other dressing thats not as thick. Italian is good. with that exercise you can eat anything you want except fast food and soda and you should lose 8 lbs in a month. although this all depends on your age and current weight, if you weigh under 130 this may be difficult. The situps will build muscle which weighs more than fat. so you may lose 8 lbs of fat, but on the scale you have only lost 3 pounds.

Yes, you diet is well balance..However...you must put more cardio in your exercises...Less Tae Bo and more walking and running...You must run or walk for over 23 min. for your body to begin to loose body fat...just ask any personal trainer.
If you run for 45 min a day and keep your diet...You can loose those 8 lbs in about a week and half , maybe two weeks tops.
Don't starve yourself or your body will begin to stored fat. Eat carrots to snack on when hungry...
Good Luck..

You really don't have to do all that. I would suggest drinking water after every meal and whenever you can. Daily jogging and situps. In my opinion diets don't work much and its hard staying away from the "goods"
