any idea? i dont really want permanent i just want temporary.

go to hot topic and get a semi permanent dye. they are the best and come in awesome colors. if you are blond this will work great but if yor hair is dark then you might need to bleach no matter how good the dye is or else it wont show. i got my hair done this summer and it was also blue. i got the fishbowl blue color at hot topic and it stayed on for a while but its the best and i would personally do it all over again if they let me at my school.
i think they also have some that when you wash they come right off i think they come in like a little box in alot of different colors.

There are some sprays you can buy at the dollar store for only a buck, that most people use for Halloween. You could also get extensions or some clip ins. You can also buy a paint at some stores that absorbs into your hair and stays for about 24 hours. You can find it a any hair salon.

not unless your hair is already very blonde. i have dark brown hair and years ago i bleached my tips and dyed them purple it was easy to dye it back my natural color.

if your hair is blonde-- color it with sharpie
