when im on the internet,PS3 wont play them.

why do you want to watch videos and be on the internet? check sonys site for acceptable formats that the ps3 will play. ye itll play bluray discs and dvds. it can now also play divx encoded avis and some xvids.

Thats because its not an avalible feature.
Theres nothing else to it. They didn't build it to play videos while you go on the internet.
