I don't know if she would be considered a saint but I will commend her on all of the work, time and money she as donated to help people everywhere. She is truly a remarkable woman!

no! she goes to a china, Africa and get some kids that are better off than many other children in the world and shes some great person, when there are hundreds or more of starving, homeless children in the US. She is not a saint, she is not mother Teresa.
She is one person, she cant do it all, she tries, but she is not a saint

Great actress, but no Saint. She stole a man away from his wife. Not a likely candidate for holiness and sainthood!
Notice she gets a lot of media attention from all of her "goodness."
I commend her , though for all of the money she donates out of her own pocket.

It's the way a benevolent fate takes care of loose ends, I believe. Her looks are fast fading, her big blubbery lips currently hang on her chin like a giant boil, and she's more goggle-eyed than a pug.
So, yes, it is fitting that accolade never leave her, but follow her throughout her life like a bright shadow, even unto the grave.

To be considered a candidate for sainthood, she would have to start with becoming Roman Catholic. Then she would baby-step it from there!

No. Did she actually reach into her own pocket or sacrifice her own time without compensation. Many celebrities have an easy time asking for other people's donations and never actually make their own sacrifices. Example, Bono and his fund-raising concerts. He gets well compensated for the two measly songs he typically plays at an AIDs or hunger concert. Al Gore - he doesn't open his trap if he doesn't get six figures. Suddenly the environment isn't important for him.
