Today is my 90 days as non smoker, I quit cold turkey after 27yrs smoking , I went to a very hard withdrawals, I still feel some tension and sometime very tired , doctor is told me will take while , this is normal ?

Yes, I've been stopped cold turkey for 4 1/2 years now and every great once in awhile I get an urge- but it only lasts for a split second.

Hang in there- it gets MUCH easier from here on out! Just ride the urges out- they get shorter & more time between them as time goes on.

Yes the cravings never go away completely - they just decrease in the strength. GOOD WORK AND KEEP IT UP! Well done for making such a great desicion about your health!

WTG!! Try drinking a lot of water and taking short brisk walks.

It does get better.

yes it is normal and by the way congrats on that. just remember to stay strong if not for you then for the ones you love.
