I wish we were in Brazil with you. In fact, if they allow my mango tree thru customs, maybe we will move down there with you. Merry Christmas, Feliz Navidad

Hi Moon,
My four adult children arrived from various parts of the U.S. here in Connecticut in a rural, woodsy community, and we had a white Christmas. They leave too soon, and I go back to New Hampshire. We laugh and joke about when they were young and silly, making fun of each other. It is always fun telling a round-robin of stories and laughing so hard your stomach aches. The eggnog with brandy doesn't hurt either! Happy holidays to all!

Lonely. It would be even more depressing if I were a Christian and had no one on Christmas. But it is pretty depressing to think of all those people whose families gather together and they have little kids to make it fun. I tried to treat it as just another day when the buses don't run and there's no mail, but I didn't succeed. So I'm trying to make some rice pudding in my slow cooker. Somehow meat loaf is not a particularly inspiring Christmas dinner.

I wish I could say I had a good time, but then you know what they say about being able to choose your friends, but not your relatives. My holiday was a nightmare, but I'm okay now.
I'm at a friend's house in a beautiful wooded area, having some time away from my folks. Hope all of you are having a better time than I had.

Hi Moon! Christmas was great and I wouldn't have changed anything... okay, I would have changed one thing... I would have had heat in my house since it is cold and the furnace isn't working. lol Other than that, it was really great.
(((HUG))) Hope you had a great Christmas, too.

Actually it was somewhat bleak, I am hundreds of miles from the woman I love and the situation is not sitting well with me. Or with her for that matter. Never the less I have put on the x-mas smile and done my best not to drag anyone down...Have a wonderful holiday and may the Gods smile upon you all in the coming year...
Your Pagan Bro,
John

Thank you for asking........I had a wonderful Christmas!!! I spent it with my mom, nephew, sister, future brother - in-law, three daughters and son in law. There is nothing better than spending time with the people that you love and enjoying their company.
