It crowns over the pan slightly, but when it comes out of the oven, it sinks in slightly. What can I do to prevent this. I used to make my dough in the dough cycle of a bread machine and the bread came out pretty good after baking it in the oven. Now use a mixmaster to make up the dough. Any awnsers ?

I use the dough cycle of the bread machine and it works the best. Go back to that method. Good luck and Merry Christmas!

Sounds like too much carbon dioxide in the mix, knead several times and don't over add yeast.
