CROCKPOT MEATBALLS
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
Mix ingredients together and form into balls. Place in crockpot.
SAUCE FOR MEATBALLS:
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Mix together in a bowl. Pour over meat balls in crockpot to simmer.

1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup milk
Sauce Ingredients:
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups ketchup
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Mix ingredients for meatballs together. Shape into small 1-1/2 to 2 inch balls. Place into your slow cooker.
Combine ingredients for sauce together and pour over meatballs in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

I've not made them myself, but I would assume you can make your regular meatball recipe. You might want to give them a very quick sear in a pan first. Just to brown the outside but not cook them. Put them into the crock pot with enough sauce to cover and leave them for a few hours. Should work just fine. Realize you'll get a little fat in the sauce though.

Buy those precooked small frozen ones and use half concord grape jelly and half heinz chili sauce, let simmer til hot..
