We will have sex only about once per week. Also she rarely has time for me because she is soo busy. Also I asked her to move in with me, I was joking when I said it. And she shut me down. We been dating three months. Also she loves her best friend more than she loves me. should I dump her?

Well if you "did it" with her already, you shouldn't make hasty decisions. Ask her when she's free and ask her about the whole best friend thing. Only dump her if you're certain that you don't want her anymore.

If you where only joking, don't you think she knew that. If she loves someone else more, then move on. It sounds like it is only a bootie call anyway.
