Be alone at the time-but try not to do it over the internet or by txt message. I'm sure she would rather you do it personally. Just ask SOMETHING LIKE:
"WOULD YOU LIKE TO GO SOMEWHERE WITH ME SOMETIME?"
or something on the lines of that!
