is there any thing like that , to play MiniDV Tape's without the Actualy Camcorder . . i have some MiniDV Tapes and i would like Watch them from my VCD or Computer . so i thought there migth be player without Having to Send the Tapes to somewhere and convert them to DVD which will cost Alot since they are more than one Tape . and without having to buy Camera

They will cost about 5 times the price of a simple camera. Panasonic and JVC make professional version desk top player/recorders priced more than $1000 US. Buying a camera is the least expensive way to go.
