Most likely, no. Where I work you get a sign on bonus, but I don't think it's enough to cover what relocating may cost you. Also, during training you do not get paid. Some people do choose to commute to work by way of airplane instead of car...so they can continue living wherever they are. This is possible, however, keep in mind that flights are very full these days. You may have difficulty getting on your commuter flight being a new hire flight attendant....but it's not impossible....you just have to allow a little extra time. It also would depend on where you are commuting to/from. Relocating isn't impossible either, if you prepare for it. Keep in mind that many others will most likely have to relocate as well, so you always have the option of getting a place with a lot of other f/a's to make it cheaper. Since you aren't there very often, it doesn't usually seem to be a problem. Good luck!!

Airlines won't relocate you--- in fact, there are many flight attendants who "commute" to work. For example, they might be part of a flight crew that's based in Chicago but they live in Philadelphia. They would then use buddy passes or other employee programs for cheap or free travel to get from Philly to Chicago to meet the rest of their crew on the days they are scheduled to work.

No, but you can take free flights to and fro your based airport. Many flight attendants share with a house.
