McMurray is alright - but if you want to have more of a selection when it comes to quantity, price, and breed, I would honestly go with Ebay.
I used to get hatching eggs off there all the time.
I never had any problems when it came to poor shipping/packaging - and your hatch rate is going to decline due to shipping regardless of where you ship the eggs from. (Meaning to say, if you purchase them from McMurray you're just as likely to have a 50% hatch rate as if you got them from Ebay).
My hatch rate from my Ebay purchases was generally 50% or higher, and I maybe had one cracked egg out of the 25 or so that I bought.

Murray McMurray hatchery. Many breeds of chicks and fertile eggs. Exotics are not available all year though.
