I'm not familiar with foods from Brazil. The only thing I've seen from Brazil is canned corned beef, which I don't eat.

I went to a wedding once, where the bride was Brazilian. Her mom made all the food and it was all amazing. In particular, I remember these roasted chickens with some kind of stuffing made from some grain. I know this sounds really un-specific, but it was about 15 years ago, but it was so delicious I actually think of it so fondly.
