Looks like to me he doesn't like the girl. And now with his temporarily raised self esteem, he feels like he should pick on her and demoralize her to make himself look cool to his monkey friends.

He probably has a crappy home life and a small penis.
Tell your friend to ignore him. Tell her to treat him just as she would treat a drunk homeless guy in the street trying to ask her out.

The more reactions he gets out of her, the more he will persist in being an idiot. Just remember, his act only works on an audience.

I think that he is insecure around her, and she isn't "giving" him the attention "he needs" so that the can just relax about things. He probably is just annoyed that she isn't graveling over him, and because she "liked" him, he feels that she should think the world of him. But he doesn't really need any graveling, he needed to be spanked more when he was a little kid. I'm sure his mother caved into every little whimper he made and if she didn't, he would make a huge fuss until she have him what he wanted. So he was raised with the idea in mind that if he wants something out of a girl, he needs to get on her nerves until she breaks down and gives it to him.

You should have some people talk to him. Like three of your guy friends who can just make him quiet. He'll probably get intimidated and whimper away, or they can settle it like men. If that doesn't work, she could tell the teacher she would like a new seat cause that guy keeps bugging her and will not stop. The teacher might even talk to the guy, or call his parents or counselor.

Homebre' needs to learn that if you want a girl to like you, you gotta smile and be polite, and take care of her cause she'll take care of you. A little teasing can break the ice, but not when it's too overbearing and obnoxious, that's just gonna drive her away.

Okay this boy sounds a lot crazy. He probably likes "this girl" back and just has a hard time showing it. Some guys think it impresses a girl when they are really obnoxious. He wants attention and that is very clear. Don't Give up completely just talk to him about it and explain that he is getting on your nerves and that you still like him but things have to change and he has to be mature.

He likes you. Ask him to go to the mall or movies with a small group of your friends and other guys(guys he does not know well-- if he knows them he'll keep acting obnoxious, he's showing off to his friends in class, and will show off outside of class). It'll give him a chance to show his true self. (Man, I wish I'd known this when I was younger...) Have fun!!

I stayed a virgin until my wife, but was hot for a girl in my class in high school. I foolishly knocked her books on the floor to get her attention. Repeatedly. Guys do not mature as fast as females. Looking back it was so childish, and unsuccessful too!!!

The opposite of love is not hate. Love and hate are a lot like each other. The one who is not interested is oblivious to you. Ignoring you is the opposite of caring for you.

[Smiles] The simple psychology of a male like I. Actually, the reason this "guy" is doing this is probably because he feels slightly awkward by the fact that she does, for some reason, like him. When you feel awkward, well guys for the most part, you tend to act strangely.

What has to be done? Maybe he should be talked to directly by her, and, since I'm guessing he's 12, some time should be left for him to mature... it's a very slow process for most males.

The simplistic, cave-man-like mind of a guy.....

The guy secretly wants that girl but is afraid to ask her out, because of some social stigma, or perceived inadequacy. Also, some idiots like to prove their "manhood" by treating a girl badly, to see just how much they can get away with, and have her still like him.

Maybe he likes her back and he just has a weird way of showing it. Maybe he's just a huge-*** jerk. Most likely one or the other. God, does this girl yell at this guy? Someone needs to. Poor girl, she doesn't deserve that ****! Whether he likes her or not, I'd tell him to back the hell up.

I'm sorry, but that sounds so funny, because it sounds just like James Potter acted toward Lily Potter! (I'm a Harry Potter freak!) So he likes her, but he still needs to knock it off, because it won't get him anywhere. He needs someone to deflate his ego, and make him mature a little bit.

You need to talk to teacher about it. No-one should be put under that type of pressure by a guy.

He sounds just like a jerk.
