late teens to early 20's (not over 21 or 22). Because that style of dress is popular with the prom crowd and you have a very smooth face, there is a look people get around their eyes that shows their age even when they have young looking faces, and you don't have that look in this picture.
I'd say you are multiracial, the lighting in your photo makes it appear that you have a light complexion--African-European descent, as to which European ethnic group--it would depend on where you are located. If you are from my hometown, it would be Irish, Scottish, English, German or some combination; if you are from the last city I lived in or the one that I currently liven in, it would be French, Irish, or Spanish or some combination.
