i have a kodak z1275 digital camera and i cannnot figure out how to put in in black and white, or sepia mode?

You can shoot in b/w or Sepia,look in the menu thats on the camera,look in natural color or high color menu,scroll through that one

I just read the Specifications for your camera at dpreview.com and there is no provision for doing what you want to do. You'll have to do it in Photoshop or some other editing program.
