Shouldn't that be in some kind of public record? All the pages I found are services you have to pay for.

As a previous answer stated, check your sheriff dept. website where they may have an Inmate Information site and some agencies show a booking photo of each inmate.
The only other place I can think of would be a Megan's Law website where they list info on sex offenders living in your neighborhood (http://www.nsopr.gov/, http://www.ice.gov/pi/predator/sexoffenders.htm, http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cid/cac/registry.htm).

file an open records request with the police department or sheriff's department that has the mugshot.
they have to honor open records request.

seek what ever county he's in. as an occasion if he's in nassau county, then seek nassau county sheriffs workplace, or police branch. look for something that asserts inmate suggestion or inmate seek. sort in his call or look for his call. if u prefer u can digital mail me together with his first and final call and what county hes in and unwell attempt to locate it for u.
