Well, you couldn't have picked a more disparate group from a salary standpoint.

The 2006 salary surveys for Dallas, TX showed the following:

Position - Salary
Neonatologist Low $220,500 Average $314,500 High $690,000
Pediatrician Low $148,400 Average $200,400 High $407,600
RN Low $43,550 Average $53,300 High $72,400

The figures for the RN figure an RN working entry level as all RN salaries are averaged. NICU nurses are generally the more experienced nurses so they would usually be at the higher end of the range. However, usually, RNs do not start out in the NICU, they work in the new born nursery and then move into the ICU as their skills develop.

I'd suggest that you make some additionnal lines on that question because it depends on where in the world would be given that salary!
