I'm a journalist from Cairo with excellent English/Arabic/Italian skills. How can I find a job in Italy?

I need all the tips I can get! If you've got names for headhunters in Italy.. direct contacts.. I've sent my email to newspapers there but as usual no response. I hate sending emails to info@... addresses! They usually go to the recycle bins!
I know I can do translation, teach English or Arabic and of course write. I'm sure being trilingual is an asset to someone out there! Help me make my dream come true!
