i had small friendly chats with a boy i've barely known for 2 weeks and i started to fancy him, now he's asked me out and i said yes, he's bought me expensive gifts and is like stupidly in love with me, i do like him but he likes me too much when we don't even know eachother that well, he bought me a pink sapphire ring and i don't like pink! what do i do?

1. If you don't love him at all, give him back the ring and tell him you r not interested and u guys should just be friends
2. If you just LIKE him and wanna take it slowly, tell him straight abt it too ...... tell him its too much for him to buy you expensive gift at this point of time ... and its up to u to give him back the ring or not

Tell him that he is going to fast but don't break his heart and shut him out all the way. He does really like you if he is giving you expensive gifts and you might come to like him in the future if you give him a chance.

He sounds like he's unstable or he has zero experience with women. Perhaps he was once fat or nerdy and now a makeover has given him confidence but he's over-doing things. Keep a wary eye on him and if he starts to get possessive, you might want to slowly extricate yourself from this relationship.
