You don't. "Me either" is grammatically incorrect in any context. When some says, "I don't like watermelon," another will often reply "Me either."
There are two problems with that. One problem is that the first statement was negative - "don't." Hence the second person should have said "neither." Secondly, even though there is no verb in the second person's response, it is implied that the verb is "do," and it is correct to use "me" when preceding a verb.
The correct response should be "Neither do I."
EDIT: Alia is right. "I don't either," is also a grammatically correct response.

It would be correct in this kind of sentence:
She doesn't like me either.
They didn't see me either.
(These would be said after another sentence referring to someone else first.)
It's not formally correct to say in a conversation:
a. I'm not going.
b. Me either. (Correct: Me neither.)
But it's commonly used and understandable.

It's is an expression that indicates that you are in agreement with the other person and usually on a topic that indicates distaste. It's better if it is rephrased into, "I don't either," "Nor do I," or "Neither do I."
For example:
Person A: "I don't care much for brussels sprouts."
Person B: "I don't either."

Never use it. People who speak correct English will notice. There is no reason ever to develop a "hanging out with my friends language" and "correct language". You can use slang terms with your friends and family, but always use correct grammar. If someone says "I don't like canned spaghetti", you say, "I don't either" or "Neither do I" -- notice the negative in each choice.

Person 1: "do you like tacos?"
Person 2: "no i don't like tacos at all!"
Person 1: "me either" (neither do i)
so what if it's grammatically incorrect. that's how you would use it.
