Is it possible to file a police report that I am mentally abused?

The mental abuse report would claim I am being mentally abused by my wife.

That's a little hard to answer without knowing more. If you are a child and you feel that your parents are mentally abusing you because they control all aspects of your life, that's most likely not going to be a crime.
If however, you are an adult and someone is verbally threatening you (in person, by phone or in writing), or stalking you, or perhaps lying to your employer resulting in you being fired, all of these things are a violation of criminal law.
If any of the afore mentioned THREATS are against your physical safety or that of a loved one, and you believe the threats could actually be carried out (threatening person has the present ability to carry out the threat), and YOU ARE AFRAID of these threats, then the threatening person could be charged with a felony in many jurisdictions (i.e.: TERRORIST THREATS).

It is possible to file a police report; however, I am not sure that you will get alot of credibility. In addition, there aren't many resources out there to help males that fall victims of spousal abuse, so my advice will be that you leave your wife and quit complicating your life.

I would think so.

You might want to write things down so your thoughts arent all jumbled and you will be able to give specifics so they understand what is going on. Mental/Emotional abuse is bad stuff. They might not take a report but they can get you in touch with agencies and people who can help you. They might even be able to help you find a temporary place to go or have some answers.

No why not just get a divorce from her and move on? Nobody says you have to stay.

I would be pissed if I came to your house and you made that claim to me.

I'd order you to man up and leave her. Leave that crap for your lawyer to argue in court.
