i have a Holga 120CFN and i want to buy this fish eye lens:
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=cart_accessories&A=details&Q=&sku=494644&is=REG

but it says that the lens shouldnt be used with my specific camera because it might vignette the flash. this means that i'll get the black around the edge of my picture, right? well if this is the look that i want then it wouldnt be a problem if i use the lens with my camera, correct?

thanks in advance :)

The vignetting is only when used with a flash, used outdoors with no flash the lens should be quite interesting.

Do not use Screen preview all the time. - It is like watching TV. Do not play around with the Zoom and Tele - It is like your Razor. Disable the flash when taking outside. Use the viewfinder to shoot. Fix your shots to WIDE and set your mode to SHQ. I'll bet you will finish approx 200 shots on a 128 mb. I do this all the time. 2 AA's is not expected to power a space shuttle. That is the reason when new the camera came w/ 16mb or 32mb. SD

IF you get a small amount of vignette, I guess it would be fine, but what if it gives you 50% coverage across the photo.

Than might be a lot.

i think you would still have a problem because it would ruin the camera.
