their is a girl in my class..who was disscussing about me with her friend..about me..i noticed her doing that...and on the same day during the recess ..she approached me personally to say that...i am looking so cute today..and she even asked my small brother about me..that where i am ..and why i didnt atteneded the party...( is she interested in me)

I would say so!!! If she went out of her way to tell you she looked good then she is definitely interested. Then if she is trying to get info from your brother and noticed your absence I think your for sure on her mind. If a girl didn't want anything to do with you she wouldn't have cared or gone out of her way. She would avoid you!!!
