how could a guy remain a virgin that long without a strong urge to have sex? If a guy of that age is a virgin and not too interested in sex would you say he's gay? What are the odds that a 30 year old guy who is a virgin is gay?

He may not be gay. He may be a neuter, i.e. not really interested in sex or a relationship.

The odds wouldn't be any different than any other man being gay. Are you suggesting gay people don't desire sex as much as heterosexuals?
If he doesn't know first hand how sex is then why would he have strong urges for it?
Good for him remaining a virgin for so long!

Well, mathematically normal folks get married at an average age of 21 that means the 30-40 year old virgin has an odd of 43.12% of being not normal and 21.6% gay.

There ARE people that just have naturally low sex drives. He may be one of them. If he were gay, he would probably have had some gay experiences by now.

I have a newsflash for you: Gay people have sex too. Being a virgin and being gay have absolutely nothing to do with each other.
