We will be going to NY in about 2 weeks and I want our childeren to be able to remember it. Besides taking pictures what are ways to make the experiance more memorable for them. It will be tough to do cause they are 3 and 2 years old?

At that age they will only remember emotional experiences... They will remember if they were happy, or scared, if they had fun or were miserable. And most of that is you and your partner's emotional states.

Wherever you are take some books (or buy some there) and read to them in bed last thing at night - they will always remember that and the goodnight hugs and kisses.Taking familiar books from home might help to settle them down after an exciting day in the "Big Apple" too!
Buy them some clothing items to wear especially there.

Take them to a few of the children's museums there and go see some kid shows on broadway. I don't know if they'll remember it but they will have a terrific time!

Alot of us think we remember something, but we only remember a bit of this and that, and what we remember have to do with something that was very FUN or something that was very sad, frightening.

Good luck
