not really learn first then if you have a job you can tell them that you have alicence and they may provida a free company car, then you can also buy a new car with easy installments which suit your salary and then enjoy the ride.

I'll suggest Buy A " 2nd Hand Car" for the time bieng... Learn driving in a driving school and Then sell it after 3 or 4 monthf... go for a cheap car in begning...
This will make u aware of car.. and buddy Frankly telling u
a single scratch costs u hell...
