on the can thingy it doesn't say, and i know that the grinded beans couldn't survive 3 and a half without chemicals!!! so if you kow any websites or anything, that would be great!

It's brewed coffee that's been dehydrated and pulverized.

P.S. This is what it says on the Tasters Choice label:
Taster's Choice 100% Freeze Dried Instant Coffee.

So -- it's coffee and nothing else.

They first brew cheap nastey Vietnamese or some other nasty stuff into coffee, then freeze dry it while removing the water/ice leaving the crusty stuff which is then scrapped off and pacakged. No other chemicals needed to make it taste like the original crap...
