it's ok 2 start bathing your dog as long as you don't do it regularly. if you do it washes the natural oils off your dog's coat and his natural shine will go dull

it is ok to bathe a puppy.. as long as you use a gentle shampoo that is made for puppies.

Dont bathe him too often tho or you will strip the coat of natural oils.. a dog should only be bathed once a month at most.

You can use some lukewarm water and rinse the coat out .. (no shampoo) too.. to help rinse dirt and debris out of his coat too. Use a lil baking soda in the tub to help with odor. Its good to start young so he is used to the tub.

Brushing his coat daily will do alot more good than baths too to remove dirt and debris.

You may bathe you pup every once and a while, maybe once a month, especially if he doesnt smell too great. But just don't do it too often.

And you don't have to buy special wipes if you don't want to give him a proper bath! Just get a towel damp and some human baby soap and wash him!

There is no reason you can't bath your pups. I start bathing at 4 weeks old. It would be better to get him ;use to baths as young as possible. just keep him warm and out of drafts. I would also suggest you blow dry the pup

What on a 2 month old puppy smells????? Does he have loose stools??????? Does he urinate on himself??? Are you grooming him for him to get used to it daily??? Or is it just a dog smell????????? You can bathe your puppy, just make sure he is totally dry otherwise he can get chilled and become sick. I wouldn't bath him too often either. Once a month is sufficient. They also make doggie perfumes if that may help with the odor that is unpleasant to you.

get it used to the bath whilst its young,
or it will grow up hating water

but do it once or twice every month to keep the oils at a natural level
